· Conduct daily sample testing of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished goods (FG) as per standard protocols.
· Ensure all laboratory tests comply with regulatory and company quality standards (e.g., FSSAI, ISO, HACCP).
· Prepare, maintain, and review laboratory documentation, including test records, batch reports, and calibration logs.
· Carry out GMP and hygiene audits in the production area and report deviations.
· Coordinate with production and QA teams for timely sampling and testing of materials and products.
· Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, including daily calibration of instruments (e.g., pH meter, balance, check-weigher).
· Support external testing processes (e.g., Geo-chem, Pytho, export sampling) by collecting and dispatching samples properly.
· Ensure accurate labeling, storage, and traceability of samples.
· Record and report non-conformities; initiate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) as required.
· Ensure safe handling and disposal of chemical reagents and samples as per safety protocols.
· Participate in internal audits, mock recalls, and documentation reviews.
· Assist in the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and testing protocols.
· Communicate quality trends, issues, and improvement suggestions to senior quality personnel.
