Key Responsibilities
- Enforce coding standards, Git workflows, and conduct structured code reviews
- Design and implement scalable client-server architectures
- Lead backend development using one major programming language
- Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with frontend teams for seamless integration
- Mentor team members and drive technical excellence
- Participate in cloud deployment and optimization
Must Have Skills
- Strong expertise in any one Backend language: Python / Java / Node.js / C# / .NET
- Cloud experience in any one: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Experience with Docker & Kubernetes deployments
- Solid understanding of Client-Server Architecture
- Frontend experience in React / Vue / Angular (any one)
- Experience with FastAPI, Celery, Alembic
- Strong team leadership capability
- Experience in Git, Code Reviews, and best coding practices
Good to Have
- Exposure to Agentic AI / ML / Deep Learning
- Experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Familiarity with Postman
- Basic communication skills
- Flexibility to work in dynamic shifts
