We are seeking an ambitious Sales Executive who is highly motivated by performance-based incentives and uncapped earning potential. This role seamlessly integrates traditional sales expertise with modern AI knowledge to drive revenue across our innovative product portfolio.
Job Description
- Lead Generation: Generating leads through inbound marketing strategies, such as Meta, email campaigns, Whatsapp campaigns, Google Ads, Linkedin Sales navigator and social media
- Negotiation: Negotiating terms of sale, contracts, and agreements with clients.
- Closing Deals: Finalizing sales and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Sales Reporting: Tracking sales metrics, analyzing data, and preparing reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prospecting: Identifying potential customers or clients through various channels like cold calling, networking, and research
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Follow up with qualified inbound leads and convert them into customers
- Cold Outreach: Execute cold email campaigns and outbound calling for AI & IT product sales
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Customer Success: Gather regular feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Product Demonstration: Present AI solutions to prospects and explain their business value
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales progress
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on AI trends and competitor analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
- AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience with at least 2 AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, etc.)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- CRM Experience: Working knowledge of any CRM platform ( vTiger , Odoo, Salesforce, Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.)
- Communication: Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (speaking mandatory)
- Preferred: Strong English writing and presentation skills
- Mindset: Results-driven with strong interpersonal skills
