PMO Lead
Position Summary:
PMO Lead will be responsible to handle all the end-to-end project management activities, co-ordinate with cross-functional teams, prepare management reports (MIS), highlight risks proactively, overall governance to ensure the project operations are managed smoothly on time and customer expectations are met.
Responsibilities:

Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.

Time-booking compliance ownership - Ensure timesheets are accurate, complete, and comply with company policies and client requirements. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to timesheet submissions. Maintain an organized system for tracking timesheets.

Financial Management (invoicing, track account receivables, DSO)

Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.

Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.

Overall governance at project and account level.
Preferred Skills & Experience:

Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written

Intermediate to Expert level experience on MS Office (especially excel)

Financial and Accounting knowhow

Proven experience in timesheet management and invoicing, preferably in a multi-national organization.
