Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, multi-disciplinary Senior Manager – Business Solutions & Strategy to lead our client-facing growth and solutions team. In this role, you will be the ultimate bridge between complex client challenges and our 360-degree service delivery.
You are a hybrid leader: part consultant, part strategist, and part business driver. You will lead a team responsible for diagnosing prospective client needs, architecting integrated strategies—spanning Digital Marketing, Online Reputation Management (ORM), Management Consulting, and Content Creation—and pitching these ideas to win high-value accounts. Once the business is secured, you will guide your team and collaborate with internal creative and technical execution cells to convert big ideas into high-impact reality.
Key Functions & Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of solutions architects, strategists, and account managers.
- Establish frameworks, pitch templates, and consultative processes for proposals.
2. Client Consultations & Strategic Architecture
- Lead discovery sessions with C-suite clients, corporate brands, and public institutions.
- Architect integrated solutions combining Digital Marketing, ORM, PR, branding, and consulting.
3. Pitch Leadership & Business Conversion
- Lead major client pitches and communicate measurable ROI.
- Partner with business development to identify opportunities and position bundled services.
4. Cross-Functional Translation & Delivery
- Oversee transition from sales to execution through master briefs.
- Maintain strategic oversight during onboarding to ensure delivery matches commitments.

Experience & Qualifications Required
- Education: MBA in Marketing, Strategy, Business Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 8–12 years in integrated digital agency, marketing consultancy, or media house, including 2–3 years of team leadership.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, ORM & PR, Content Strategy, and Creative Direction.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert market data into strategic client recommendations.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
