Bolt Academy is seeking an Academic Coordinator Intern to support student engagement, admissions coordination, and academic counseling activities. This role involves communicating with prospective students, understanding their learning goals, and assisting them throughout the enrollment process.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Understand students' educational and career objectives.
- Provide information about available training programs.
- Assist students with the enrollment process.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and enrolled students.
- Support administrative coordination related to student admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
- Provide professional and timely student support.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students over phone and online platforms.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with email and spreadsheets.
- Interest in education, student support, or academic coordination.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or experience in student support, customer service, counseling, admissions, or coordination roles is an advantage.
