Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with writers, illustrators, designers, and academic coordinators throughout the development process
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned books and tasks
- Follow up on corrections, revisions, layouts, and approvals during different stages of production
- Assist in planning pagination, content organization, and workflow management
- Ensure smooth communication among all team members involved in the project
- Support quality control before final printing and publication
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, English, Child Development, or a related field
- Prior experience in editing or developing children’s educational content
- Strong command of the English language and grammar
- Understanding of primary-level pedagogy and learner psychology
- Ability to simplify concepts for young learners in an engaging manner
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines efficiently
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Experience working on school textbooks, activity books, or workbooks Familiarity with NCERT, NEP 2020, FLN, or state board curriculum frameworks Experience in competency-based and activity-based learning content Basic understanding of publication workflows, book design coordination, and print requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
