Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate
Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala, and other relevant platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate further interview rounds
- Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Post job openings on various portals and social media platforms
- Coordinate offer roll-out and support onboarding formalities
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala, and other job portals
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and screening methods
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tracking systems

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
