Job Summary
We are hiring Management Trainees – Business Development Executives (BDE) to promote and sell OHHPRO's SaaS products and technology solutions across residential communities, apartment associations, commercial establishments, educational institutions, builders, facility management companies, and corporate clients.
This role provides excellent exposure to Business Development, Client Acquisition, Lead Generation, Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, Technology Sales, B2B Sales, Relationship Management, Solution Selling, and Startup Operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Generate qualified business leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Promote OHHPRO Junction and other technology solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to business closure.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding and post-sales coordination.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support.
Reporting & Market Analysis
- Update CRM and maintain accurate customer records.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

Eligibility
- Any Graduate (Mandatory)
- MBA/PGDM Preferred

Mandatory Requirements
- Personal two-wheeler is mandatory.

Training Period
- 3–6 months training period based on individual performance.
- Successful candidates will be confirmed based on performance evaluation.
Service Agreement
- A 2-year service agreement is applicable for this role.
- This agreement supports long-term career development and organizational stability.
- Bond bridge amount and detailed terms will be shared during the final selection process.
Compensation & BenefitsDuring Training
- ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Performance Based)
After Successful Confirmation
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 – ₹50,000+ per month
