We are looking for a dedicated Project Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day execution of Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will ensure site activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project timelines, drawings, and quality standards. This role requires strong coordination skills with vendors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Coordinate site execution while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Vendor & Material Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and delivery of site materials.
- Ensure proper material planning, storage, and utilization to minimize wastage.
- Maintain records of material consumption and inventory.
Resource Management
- Manage manpower, subcontractors, and site resources effectively.
- Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and materials required for uninterrupted site execution.
- Coordinate with labor teams to achieve daily and weekly targets.
Quality & Safety
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets company quality standards.
- Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
- Report quality concerns and implement corrective actions promptly.
Design & Drawing Coordination
- Read and interpret layout plans, construction drawings, and design specifications.
- Explain project drawings and execution details to labor teams and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding design clarifications and execution challenges.
Problem Solving
- Identify site issues and resolve them proactively to avoid project delays.
- Escalate critical concerns to the Project Manager with recommended solutions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Submit daily progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, attendance, work logs, and material receipts.
- Track project milestones and report deviations from planned schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out site supervision.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong understanding of commercial interior fit-out execution.
- Ability to read and interpret layout plans, working drawings, and technical specifications.
- Basic understanding of BOQ (Bills of Quantities).
- Good knowledge of construction tools, site equipment, and interior finishing processes.
Coordination Skills
- Experience coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Strong material planning and site management skills.
Communication Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and site teams.

- Ability to identify and resolve site execution issues quickly.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
