Role & responsibilities:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for sales departments. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to close positions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview rounds and feedback collection.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring metrics.
- Manage offer negotiation and ensure smooth joining.
- Build a strong employer brand through candidate interaction.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Non-IT Recruiter (preferably in manufacturing, real estate, retail, or product companies).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring or sales hiring is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with job portals.
Preferred Qualities:
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Self-driven, proactive, and well-organized.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
