Paid Ads Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and scale advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and maximizing ROAS for e-commerce businesses.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns to drive sales, leads, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and improve ROAS.
- Create and test campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audiences.
- Build and optimize remarketing and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop high-performing creatives.
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with e-commerce advertising and lead generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, attribution, and audience segmentation.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
