Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and present coffee, hot beverages & cold beverages with consistency and quality.
- Create new menu items and contribute innovative ideas for café-style plating and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and storage standards as per FSSAI norms.
- Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily operations efficiently.
- Ensure proper stock control, portion management, and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with the café manager for menu planning, specials, and catering orders.
- Uphold quality and taste standards for all items served.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barista in a café, bistro, or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of drinks, coffee, coffee machines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with attention to detail.
- Excellent sense of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- Team player with good communication and leadership skills.
- Diploma or certification in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred.
