We are looking for compassionate and responsible Home Nurses to provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The nurse will be responsible for maintaining patient safety, providing prescribed nursing procedures, monitoring the patient's condition, and communicating with the family and healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care to patients at home.
Monitor vital signs and the patient's general condition.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
Provide wound dressing and other basic nursing procedures.
Assist with Ryle's tube feeding, catheter care, tracheostomy care, and other procedures according to the patient's needs and qualifications.
Maintain proper nursing records and patient care reports.
Assist patients with activities of daily living when required.
Maintain infection-control and hygiene standards.
Communicate changes in the patient's condition to the family and healthcare team.
Follow the care plan and instructions provided by the doctor/senior nurse.
Ensure patient safety and provide compassionate emotional support.
Pay: ₹12,699.68 - ₹48,649.44 per month
