Job Title: Technical Team Lead – Web & Mobile App Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage web and mobile application development projects.
- Guide and support developers to ensure quality delivery.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in client acquisition and business development activities.
- Convert leads into long-term clients through effective communication and technical consultation.
- Handle project planning, team coordination, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure high-quality coding standards and project performance.
- Collaborate with management to improve company growth and processes.
- Mentor team members and contribute to building a strong technical culture.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in web and mobile application development.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development and team leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge in frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and mobile technologies.
- Experience handling clients and understanding business requirements.
- Experience in client acquisition, sales discussions, and project conversion.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
