Senior Creative Director / AI Content Creator
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Creative Director / AI Content Creator who can independently handle content creation from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in video production, shooting, lighting, scripting, podcast production, AI-powered editing and social media content.
Key Responsibilities: Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks and shot plans for businesses and brands.
- Plan and execute professional video and podcast shoots.
- Handle camera angles, framing, composition, lighting and basic audio setup.
- Direct shoots and talent to achieve professional and engaging content.
- Edit podcasts, long-form videos, Reels and Shorts.
- Convert podcasts and long-form videos into multiple engaging short-form videos.
- Use AI tools for video editing, audio enhancement, captions, B-roll, visuals and content repurposing.
- Create AI-powered posters, thumbnails and social media creatives.
- Quickly create trial/demo videos for potential clients to showcase our creative capabilities.
- Take ownership of the complete workflow from idea → script → shoot → edit → final delivery.
Requirements: 4+ years of relevant experience in content creation, video production, creative direction or similar roles.
- Strong portfolio of video, podcast and social media work is mandatory.
- Practical experience with shooting, camera, lighting, audio and video editing.
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI video and creative tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Candidates who can think like a Creative Director and execute like a Producer will be preferred.
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
