Bridgeway Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support strategic and operational decision-making through financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance evaluation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial insights, ensuring reporting accuracy, and supporting business growth initiatives across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Prepare management reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Aging Reports
- Support strategic initiatives, including business expansion and cost optimization projects.
- Evaluate the financial feasibility and impact of business opportunities.
Qualifications
- CA Intermediate qualified
- Minimum 3 years of experience (including 2–3 years of articleship in a reputed audit firm)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong financial reporting and analysis skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with accounting software and financial systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and business units.
Pay: From ₹38,000.00 per month
