Job Title: Bartender (Mixologist)
We are looking for an experienced Bartender/Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of classic and signature cocktails, premium spirits, and beverage service while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Create and present classic and signature cocktails.
- Recommend drinks and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and inventory.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of bartending experience.
- Strong mixology skills and knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Mixology certification is an added advantage.
