Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Fund Operations Analyst to support the Derivatives team, managing investor onboarding and core operational processes. The role involves handling end-to-end account opening, coordinating with investors, brokers, and custodians, ensuring accurate documentation and data management, and assisting with trade-related reconciliations, reporting, and ongoing operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient execution within the derivatives setup.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Onboarding & Account Opening

Manage the end-to-end account opening process for new investors.

Coordinate with investors to collect and verify required documents (KYC, bank details, agreements, etc.).

Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.

Follow up consistently with investors and intermediaries to avoid delays.

Coordinate with brokers/custodians for account activation and setup.
Investor Communication

Act as a point of contact for investors during onboarding.

Communicate clearly regarding:

documentation requirements
-
onboarding timelines
-
next steps
-
Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for every investor.
Operational Coordination

Work closely with brokers, custodians, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Track onboarding status across multiple investors simultaneously.

Maintain a clear pipeline of:

pending accounts
-
documents received
-
accounts under process
-
completed activations
Data & Process Management
-
Maintain accurate records of all onboarding-related data and documents.

Update internal trackers and dashboards regularly.

Ensure all onboarding activities are properly documented.
Support to Fund Operations

Assist in basic operational tasks such as:

tracking inflows
-
updating investor records
-
coordinating with the fund accounting team
What We’re Looking For
Background

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

0–2 years of experience in operations, onboarding, or client servicing roles.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a sense of ownership.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
