Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support sales and marketing activities across assigned states. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to execute focus product campaigns, analyze market performance, conduct field activities, and help improve product placement and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work as a Marketing Analyst for assigned states and monitor product performance.
· Actively participate in Focus Product campaigns and promotional activities.
· Coordinate with the sales team for proper product positioning at the right crop stage.
· Support the sales team in increasing product sales and market penetration.
· Visit markets regularly to understand farmer requirements and competitor activities.
· Conduct product demonstrations, farmer meetings, and field promotional programs.
· Assist in planning and execution of marketing strategies at the ground level.
· Collect market feedback and share actionable insights with management.
· Maintain records of field activities, demonstrations, and campaign performance.
· Support distributors and dealers with product knowledge and promotional materials.
Required Skills:
· Good communication and presentation skills.
· Basic understanding of agriculture inputs/agrochemical products.
· Ability to coordinate with sales teams and farmers effectively.
· Strong analytical and reporting skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively in field areas.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Marketing, or related field.
· Experience in Agrochemical/Agriculture industry preferred.
Experience:
· 1-2 years preferred (Fresher’s with strong communication skills can also apply).
