We’re building a global business and are looking for a highly entrepreneurial GTM leader to help us acquire customers across the US, Europe, and APAC.
About the Role
This is not a traditional sales role.
We’re looking for a builder—someone who enjoys creating opportunities, opening doors, developing relationships, and closing business in fast-moving markets.
As our Founding GTM Lead, you’ll work directly with the founder to build Vikara’s global customer acquisition engine.
Your primary focus will be acquiring small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), while supporting selective enterprise opportunities.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the growth of an AI-first company.
What You’ll Do
- Own New Customer Acquisition
- Drive the complete sales process from prospecting through closing.
- Identify and engage prospective customers across the US, Europe, and APAC
- Conduct discovery conversations with founders, executives, and business leaders
- Understand customer challenges and position Vikara’s AI advisory and implementation services
- Prepare proposals and commercial agreements
- Negotiate and close new business
- Maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline
- Build a Repeatable Outbound Engine
- Design and execute outbound growth programs using modern sales techniques and AI-powered tools.

What We’re Looking For
Required
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Partnerships, or Go-to-Market roles
- Proven experience selling technology, SaaS, consulting, cloud, or AI solutions
- Experience selling into US and/or international markets
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging founders, CXOs, and senior business leaders
- Experience managing a CRM and sales pipeline
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
Preferred Experience in one or more of the following:

- Experience selling into SMBs is highly preferred.
- An existing network within technology companies, startups, consulting firms, or industry ecosystems is a strong advantage.
- Experience using modern GTM tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, or AI-powered sales tools is a plus.
