*Role Summary*
The Business Development Manager / Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business and expanding Infomatics Technologies’ footprint in Nagpur and surrounding regions. The role focuses on selling *I-BOSS ERP* and customized software solutions to industry clients and building long-term customer relationships.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Nagpur and nearby regions
- Promote and sell *I-BOSS ERP* and customized software development services
- Target clients in Manufacturing, Trading, Transportation, Mining & Infra, C&F, and 3PL industries
- Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, and ERP product demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
- Build relationships with business owners, operations heads, CFOs, and IT managers
- Generate leads through field visits, references, networking, and local associations
- Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth onboarding of customers
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and periodic sales reports
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
- Proven experience in ERP or B2B enterprise software sales
- Good understanding of business processes across manufacturing, logistics, and trading domains
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with field sales
- Willingness to travel extensively in the region
- Proficiency in Hindi; Marathi preferred
*Preferred Qualifications*
- Existing industry contacts in Nagpur / Vidarbha region and Orissa/ Bhubaneswar region
- Experience selling ERP to MSMEs and mid-sized enterprises
- MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
- Exposure to channel partner or referral-based sales
