Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telecaller Executive to join our team in Kankinara, West Bengal. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting retailers, distributors, finance partners, and potential customers, explaining our Mobile Finance Locker solution, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective retailers, distributors, finance companies, and customers.
- Explain the features and benefits of the Mobile Finance Locker solution.
- Generate qualified sales leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Prepare daily call reports and follow-up status. Telecallers commonly handle outbound sales calls, lead generation, follow-ups, and accurate record keeping.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
