CRM Executive – Job Description
A CRM Executive is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing customer data in the CRM system, handling customer queries, supporting sales and marketing activities, and improving customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Communicate with customers and address their queries.
- Support sales and marketing teams with customer information.
- Follow up with customers to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare basic reports and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
