Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Online Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating business through online bidding platforms, identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and coordinating with the technical team to convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
- Search for relevant projects and submit high-quality proposals.
- Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines.
- Coordinate with the development and design teams for project estimation.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, and project status.
- Achieve monthly business generation targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of IT services, web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of online bidding platforms and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in online bidding or business development.
- Experience with international clients is preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
