About the Role:
StartupFlora is looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs for sales, operations, and client-facing teams. The ideal candidate will drive skill development, improve team performance, and ensure consistent training standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and conduct sales and process training programs
Develop training materials, SOPs, and process documentation
Identify training needs and measure training effectiveness
Coach teams on communication, sales processes, and compliance
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Coaching
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Experience in sales or process training is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Location: Hyderabad (In-office)
Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
