MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE (MR) – JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Medical Representative (MR)
Job Summary:
The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company's products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote company products to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular doctor and pharmacy visits as per the tour plan.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Submit daily call reports and other required reports on time.
- Organize CMEs, product presentations, and promotional activities.
- Ensure proper coverage of the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (Freshers may apply).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
Reporting To:
Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
