About the Role
Unisoft Technologies is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right training programs and help them achieve their career goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counseling, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the counseling process.
- Address student queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and educational events when required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
