Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and promote the company's digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and opportunities through calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
- Contact potential clients and explain the company's digital marketing services.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM or reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
