Position: Operations & Automation Manager
Location: Ernakulam (Fixorix Office)

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily business operations using Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, WATI, Tata Smartflo IVR, Zapier, and AI tools.
- Automate workflows between CRM, WhatsApp, IVR, and payment systems.
- Monitor performance dashboards and generate weekly reports.
- Troubleshoot automation errors and coordinate with software vendors.
- Ensure smooth booking, invoicing, and customer follow-ups with minimal manual effort.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / IT / Operations (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM/ERP/Automation management.
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM, IVR/CCaaS, Zapier, and WhatsApp marketing tools.
- Strong multitasking & problem-solving ability.
Salary Package:
- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (CTC- experienced/ Fresher get Stipend )
- Performance bonus based on operational efficiency.
