Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Villa Booking & Operations Manager to oversee daily villa operations, manage guest bookings, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience in hospitality or property management.
Key Responsibilities
Booking & Reservations
- Manage villa bookings through OTA platforms, website, and direct inquiries.
- Respond promptly to booking requests and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate check-in and check-out schedules.
- Update booking calendars and maintain accurate reservation records.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and payment confirmations.
Guest Relations
- Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in experience.
- Address guest concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
- Provide information about villa facilities and nearby attractions.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction and encourage positive reviews.
Villa Operations
- Oversee daily villa operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules and quality inspections.
- Manage maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with vendors.
- Ensure villas are clean, fully stocked, and guest-ready.
- Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and guest amenities.
Team Coordination
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and allocate daily tasks.
- Ensure service standards and operational procedures are followed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance.
Financial & Administrative Duties
- Maintain booking records and operational reports.
- Monitor occupancy and revenue performance.
- Handle invoices, vendor payments, and operational expenses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.
- Maintain health, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Ensure villas comply with local regulations and licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in villa management, hotel operations, hospitality, or property management.
- Experience handling online booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
