About the Role:
We are looking for a Flutter Team Lead & Jr to spearhead the development of a high-
performance, real-time stock market mobile application. This role demands strong
technical expertise in Flutter, a deep understanding of scalable architecture, and leadership
capabilities to guide a growing team. If you have a passion for building low-latency, data-

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of a high-performance Flutter-based
trading and market data app.
- Manage and mentor a team of Flutter developers, ensuring timely and quality
delivery.
- Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams to translate real-time
trading requirements into robust mobile solutions.
- Ensure low-latency rendering and optimized handling of high-frequency market data
feeds.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce clean coding and performance standards.
- Define and implement app monitoring, analytics, and crash reporting.
- Drive CI/CD integration and automated testing pipelines.
- Own the entire mobile development lifecycle, from planning to app store release and
post-release maintenance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in mobile development, with 3+ years in Flutter/Dart.
- Strong leadership experience guiding a team in agile environments.
- Proven track record in building scalable, high-performance mobile apps.
- Deep understanding of Flutter architecture and performance optimization.
- Experience handling real-time data, WebSockets, and local caching.
- Familiarity with state management tools (Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and data encryption on mobile.
- Experience with Firebase, REST APIs, and preferably market data APIs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in stock trading platforms or financial technology.
- Native Android/iOS development experience.
- Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, or other real-time backend tech.
- Exposure to DevOps, monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, Firebase Performance), and
analytics.
