E-commerce Operations & Social Media Executive
Location: In-person | Full-Time
We are a growing men’s fashion brand looking for a responsible team member to manage daily order operations and support our Instagram presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Inventory, Process & pack orders
- Coordinate with courier partners and follow up to prevent RTO
- Handle COD confirmation calls and customer queries
- Manage return requests and file claims for courier issues
- Manage Instagram page and create engaging content (posts/reels)Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Shopify/Amazon/Flipkart & able to do listings of products.
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Basic content creation skills (Canva/Reels editing preferred)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
