Role: Sales & Merchandising Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and stylish Sales Assistant to join our boutique. You will be the face of our brand, helping clients discover unique pieces while ensuring the store operates smoothly.
Provide a personalized shopping experience to every visitor.
- Maintain the boutique’s visual standards (folding, hanging, and styling displays).
- Handle billing, cash management, and basic sales reporting.
- Update customers about new arrivals via WhatsApp or phone calls.
- Manage stock levels and report any quality issues (like color mismatches or embroidery defects) to management.
