- Store Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store
- Ensure showroom standards, display, and inventory are maintained
- Team Management & Leadership
- Supervise, train, and motivate showroom staff
- Monitor staff performance & assign responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle walk-in customers, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Implement promotions and marketing campaigns in-store
- Inventory & Stock Control
- Maintain stock levels and reorder products on time
- Ensure proper documentation of sales and inventory
- Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with installation, service, and field teams
- Prepare reports for management on sales, performance, and inventory
- Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professional appearance of the store
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Education: Diploma / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 2–5+ years in retail store management, preferably AC / Electrical / Home Appliances
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to meet sales targets consistently
- Knowledge of AC products & retail operations is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (billing Tally , MS Excel, POS systems)
