Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physics Teacher to teach Grades 11 & 12 under the Cambridge International Education (CIE/CAIE) curriculum. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire students towards academic excellence and scientific inquiry.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Physics (M.Sc. Physics) with B.Ed. preferred.
- Experience teaching Physics to Grades 11 & 12.
- Prior experience with Cambridge International (IGCSE, AS & A Level) curriculum is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in conducting laboratory experiments and practical sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons aligned with the Cambridge International (AS & A Level) curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and practical experiments as per CIE standards.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report student progress regularly.
- Prepare students for internal assessments and external Cambridge examinations.
- Create an interactive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and academic performance.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to enhance curriculum delivery.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
