Job Title: Financial Accountant

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial operations, strengthen internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and support long-term business growth through effective financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability.
* Prepare and present financial reports, MIS, and business insights to the management.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
* Support strategic business decisions through financial planning and analysis.
* Oversee the maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
* Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
* Ensure timely compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
* Lead, guide, and mentor the finance and accounts team.
* Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital efficiently.
* Develop and implement strong financial controls, policies, and risk management practices.
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Financial Reporting, and Compliance.
* Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
* Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, and ESI compliances.
* Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and ERP/Accounting software.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
