Hiring: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition

Position: HR Intern

Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month (performance-based)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals and social media.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support the HR team in daily HR operations and MIS reporting.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate / pursuing graduation or MBA/PGDM in HR/Management.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Candidates interested in building a career in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition preferred.
Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
