Managing Trustee's Office
Join us in supporting meaningful work in healthcare, education, and service. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional to work closely with the Managing Trustee's Office and support strategic initiatives across clinical, academic, and administrative functions.
Principal Responsibilities
- Coordinate strategic projects across the Trustee's Office, academic development, and brand-building initiatives.
- Prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and ensure follow-through on action items across departments.
- Draft correspondence, internal communications, and announcements.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships.
- Maintain records and ensure proper version control of documents.
- Support website and social media coordination with healthcare-appropriate content.
- Maintain and update the institution's online listings.
- Coordinate brochures, signage, and presentation materials.
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in coordination, communications, or executive support roles.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage branding assets, website content, and social media activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic design tools.
- Well-organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Must be based in Delhi and available to work full-time on campus.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare administration or not-for-profit management.
- Strong communication skills suited to strategic initiatives in a healthcare environment.
The Nature of the Role
- Act as a key support person for the Managing Trustee on important projects and priorities.
- Coordinate and help resolve day-to-day operational and strategic challenges.
- Take ownership of responsibilities that may extend beyond the defined role.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the institution.
- Contribute to the institution's long-term development and success.
This is not a routine administrative role. We are looking for someone proactive, dependable, and capable of turning ideas into action while working closely with senior leadership.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
