We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable PGT Political Science Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Political Science lessons to senior secondary students (Classes XI–XII) while fostering critical thinking, analytical skills, and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Political Science to Classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and study materials.
- Create an interactive and student-centered learning environment.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct regular tests, examinations, and academic assessments.
- Maintain accurate academic records and reports.
- Support students in board examination preparation.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and school activities.
- Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and educational best practices.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Political Science from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- 3–6 years of teaching experience as a PGT Political Science Teacher in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate senior secondary students.
- Proficiency in classroom management and academic planning.
