Business Development Associate (BDA) Job Type: Full-time Experience: Freshers / 0–2 Years Languages: English, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu - Generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms. - Connect with potential customers and understand their needs. - Explain products/services and handle customer queries. - Follow up with leads and convert them into customers. - Achieve assigned sales targets. - Maintain customer and lead records. - Coordinate with the sales and marketing team. - Build and maintain good customer relationships. - Good communication and convincing skills are required. - Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
