Pioneer Hose & Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Couplix™ Hydraulic Hose Fittings, Ferrules, Adaptors and Precision Machined Components, serving OEMs and industrial customers across India and international markets.
As part of our next phase of growth, we are establishing a dedicated Human Resources function to build scalable HR systems, strengthen people processes, and support our expanding manufacturing operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who wants to build an HR function from the ground up rather than simply operate an existing one.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for office staff and shop-floor workforce.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the Accounts team.
- Support performance appraisal and probation confirmation processes.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower reports, and employee analytics.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and support a positive workplace culture.
Compliance
- Coordinate statutory compliance related to:
- Provident Fund (PF)
- ESIC
- Labour Laws
- Contract Labour Compliance
- Maintain statutory registers and employee compliance records.
- Liaise with external consultants and government authorities as required.
Administration
- Support day-to-day office administration.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, office supplies, and administrative activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of general office operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Prior experience in a Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, Industrial, or Factory environment is preferred.
- Experience handling blue-collar workforce will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
