We are looking for a Junior Creative & Business Development Executive who is creative, energetic and comfortable with both hands-on studio work and business development.
The selected candidate will work closely with artist Arpita Kayal as well as support the marketing and business development activities of our label printing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Arpita during painting sessions, including preparing materials, organizing the studio and providing hands-on assistance during the creative process.
- Shoot high-quality photos and videos of paintings, painting sessions and workshops using a smartphone/camera.
- Edit Reels, short-form videos and other social-media content and assist with regular posting on Instagram and other platforms.
- Create and maintain a library of photos and video footage for future content.
- Support marketing activities for our label printing business, including lead generation, customer calling, enquiry follow-ups and quotation follow-ups.
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers over phone and WhatsApp and help convert enquiries into orders.
- Assist with basic order coordination, customer information, follow-ups and day-to-day business operations.
- Research potential customers and businesses and maintain basic lead/customer records.
- Take initiative, suggest new content and marketing ideas, and contribute to improving our online presence and business growth.
What We Are Looking For:
- Creative, enthusiastic and willing to work hands-on.
- Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of photography, video shooting and video editing.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels and social-media content creation.
- Prior knowledge or interest in painting and art is an advantage.
- Candidates pursuing or having a degree/diploma in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Design, Mass Communication, Digital Media or a related field will have an added advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, customer follow-up or digital marketing is a plus.
- Comfortable using smartphones, basic editing applications and computers.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility and work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Important: This is a hands-on, on-site role and is not limited to desk-based social-media work. The candidate should be comfortable assisting in an artist's studio as well as interacting with customers and supporting business-development activities.
Pay: ₹11,587.04 - ₹15,000.00 per month
