Responsibilities
- Create graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Design posters, banners, brochures, presentations, and other branding assets.
- Assist in developing creative concepts and visual identities.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and digital artwork.
- Collaborate with the creative team to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
- Stay updated with current design trends and tools.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software.
- Creative thinking with a good eye for aesthetics, typography, and color.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing design work (academic or personal projects are acceptable).
Internship Details
- Duration: 3 months (Probation Period)
- Stipend: Performance-based
- Interns will be evaluated based on creativity, quality of work, professionalism, and overall performance during the probation period.
- Candidates who demonstrate strong performance and meet company expectations during the 3-month probation may be offered a permanent position as a Graphic Designer with a fixed salary, subject to company requirements and management approval.
