About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and performance-oriented Creative Strategist – Digital Marketing with 4 to 6 years of experience, who can bridge brand storytelling with result-driven digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming business goals into high-performing creative campaigns across paid advertising, SEO-driven content, and multi-channel digital platforms.
This role requires close collaboration with performance marketing, SEO, content, and creative teams to drive measurable business growth through compelling messaging, campaign ideation, and data-backed creative strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the brand, products, customer journey, and target audience across digital touchpoints
- Create innovative creative strategies aligned with lead generation, conversions, engagement, and brand growth goals
- Define and maintain brand voice, tone, messaging, and creative direction across paid and organic channels
- Conceptualize campaign ideas and storytelling frameworks for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
- Plan creative directions for ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and conversion-focused content
- Collaborate with SEO teams to align content themes, keyword intent, and storytelling with search performance goals
- Prepare detailed creative briefs for designers, copywriters, video editors, and media buying teams
- Drive content and creative strategies for social media, websites, blogs, landing pages, email marketing, and paid campaigns
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital assets and campaigns
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to improve CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Analyze campaign and creative performance using digital analytics tools and optimize strategies accordingly
- Lead A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, hooks, formats, CTAs, and landing page messaging
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, evolving ad formats, and platform updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Creative Strategy, Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, Content Strategy, or Performance Marketing
- Strong expertise in branding, storytelling, and creative strategy for digital platforms
- Hands-on understanding of PPC campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Solid understanding of SEO-driven content strategy and keyword intent mapping
- Ability to convert marketing and business objectives into conversion-focused creative campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, engagement rate, and conversions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills
- Experience working closely with designers, content creators, SEO specialists, and media buyers
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on testing, optimization, and performance improvement
Nice to Have
- Experience working with SaaS, e-commerce, or performance-driven digital brands
- Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, copy ideation, ad creatives, or image generation
- Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Ads
