Key Responsibilities
- Hardware Maintenance: Diagnose and repair faulty motherboards, screens, keyboards, and batteries.
- System Upgrades: Perform hardware upgrades including RAM expansions and SSD installations.
- OS Deployment: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows systems.
- Workstation Setup: Prepare, image, and deploy new employee laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
- Software Support: Troubleshoot productivity applications, VPN clients, and enterprise software.
- User Management: Manage user access and group permissions via Active Directory or Microsoft 365.
- Network : Troubleshoot local Wi-Fi, Ethernet connectivity, and network printer issues.
- Ticket Logging: Document all technical issues, updates, and resolutions
- Inventory Control: Track company IT assets, software licenses, and spare parts inventory.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in computer hardware repair.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of PC internal components and desktop operating systems.
- Tools: Familiarity with disk imaging tools, remote desktop software, and ticketing systems.
