Role Overview
Responsible for managing existing ERP clients, ensuring smooth system usage, resolving issues, and driving long-term retention, upsell, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned ERP clients
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular check-ins (weekly/monthly reviews)
2. Support & Issue Resolution
- Handle client queries, bugs, and escalations
- Coordinate with internal tech/dev teams for quick fixes
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution
3. ERP Usage & Optimization
- Understand client business workflows (sales, inventory, finance)
- Suggest improvements using ERP features
- Help clients increase system adoption and efficiency
4. Training & Onboarding
- Train client teams on ERP modules and updates
- Create user guides / SOPs
- Support new feature rollouts
5. Reporting & Insights
- Share performance reports (usage, transactions, errors)
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Provide business insights using ERP data
6. Upsell & Retention
- Identify opportunities for add-ons, integrations, or upgrades
- Work with sales team for renewals and expansion
- Reduce churn and improve customer satisfaction
Required SkillsERP & Technical
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms like Odoo, SAP ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and databases
- Strong Excel/reporting skills

Pay: ₹9,795.55 - ₹33,982.16 per month
Work Location: In person
