Job Summary
Job Description
- Audit employee expense reports in Concur for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
- Ensure expense reimbursements and payments are processed in line with company policies, SOPs, and SLAs.
- Make audit decisions, including approval, rejection, reclassification, and rerouting of expense reports.
- Escalate complex or non-compliant cases to the Finance lead/Manager as required.
- Validate receipts, expense categorization, and adherence to budget and tax guidelines.
- Identify duplicate claims, perform pre- and post-payment checks, log findings, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Investigate discrepancies or policy violations and collaborate with employees to resolve issues.
- Provide clear and timely feedback to employees on required corrections or policy clarifications.
- Act as a point of contact for expense-related queries from employees and stakeholders.
- Generate reports on audit trends, compliance rates, and recurring issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to audit workflows.
- Update or support updates to expense-related SOPs.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment in audit processes and standards.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage US stakeholders
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Educational Qualification:
- Commerce Graduate / Business Administration
- Preferred: Familiarity with Concur or similar expense management systems.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Oversight auditing tool a plus
