1. Reception & Visitor Management
- Greet and assist parents, students, visitors, and staff courteously.
- Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor passes.
- Ensure all visitors follow the school’s security and entry protocols.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and queries; route them to the appropriate departments.
- Share timely communication with parents regarding school events, notices, fee reminders, etc.
- Coordinate with teachers and administrative staff for information dissemination.
3. Administrative Support
- Handle student admissions inquiries, forms, registrations, and documentation.
- Maintain front office records such as student attendance updates, circulars, and class schedules.
- Assist in organizing school events, parent–teacher meetings, and orientation programs.
4. Documentation & Record-Keeping
- Maintain staff/visitor attendance registers.
- Update student records, communication logs, and daily reports.
- Ensure confidentiality of student and staff information.
5. Office Management
- Manage front desk supplies and ensure a clean, organized reception area.
- Supervise courier handling, mail distribution, and document filing.
- Coordinate with support staff for daily operational needs.
6. Support for School Policies & Safety
- Ensure compliance with school operational policies and procedures.
- Assist in emergency communication or procedures when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
