Job Title: Relationship Manager - Hair and Skin Clinic
Reports To: Clinic Director / Sales and Marketing Head
Location: Koramangla, Karnataka
Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager at a Hair and Skin Clinic is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction, and fostering long-term loyalty. This role involves managing patient inquiries, coordinating with clinical and administrative staff, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with patients’ post-treatment to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided.
- Patient Coordination:
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and treatments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide patients with detailed information about treatment options, procedures, and post-care instructions.
- Patient Retention and Loyalty:
- Implement strategies to retain existing patients and encourage repeat visits.
- Develop and manage patient loyalty programs and incentives.
- Identify and address any issues that may affect patient retention.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices for patient interaction and service.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute patient engagement campaigns.
- Promote clinic services and special offers to patients through various communication channels.
- Organize and participate in community outreach programs and events to raise awareness of the clinic’s services.
- Feedback and Improvement:
- Collect and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with management to implement changes based on patient feedback.
- Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and report findings to senior management.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the clinic’s database.
- Prepare regular reports on patient interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and clinic policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Customer Service Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and patient management software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
